Hector is a calm and affectionate Senegal Parrot who enjoys a peaceful environment and quiet, calm visitors. At 30 years old, Hector has spent most of his life in the same home, and the rescue setting can sometimes feel a bit overstimulating for him.
Now that he trusts his caregiver, Hector steps up, says his adorable phrases like “gimme kiss,” “time to go night night,” and even blows kisses. He enjoys holding perches or fingers, flapping his wings for fun, and simply being near people he trusts. While he doesn’t truly fly, Hector loves exploring and engaging from safe perches.
This sweet parrot would thrive in a calm, patient home that can provide consistency, gentle attention, and lots of love.
