Maui and Hei Hei are a bonded pair who share a strong, complementary connection and do best together. Both birds are comfortable flying inside the home and are accustomed to a predictable, structured daily routine that helps them feel secure and confident.
Maui is the more social of the two and prefers to be close to people when the household is home, often spending time with his humans. He enjoys fresh fruits and will happily devour watermelon, apples, and cantaloupe. Hei Hei is more independent and enjoys observing from her cage or highest perch. Her favorite treats are sunflower seeds. While she’s less enthusiastic about fruits and vegetables, she thrives on consistency and enrichment.
Both birds eat a high quality pellet mix with dried herbs and dehydrated flowers and are regularly offered fresh fruits and vegetables as part of their diet. They have no known medical issues, have not been diagnosed with any diseases, and have no physical deformities or special needs.
Maui and Hei Hei would do best in a loving home that values routine, enrichment, and togetherness, and that can continue honoring the bond they share.
