Coco and Puff are a bonded pair of Quakers who are still learning that humans can be safe. Right now, these two tend to clam up and stay quiet when people enter the room. They haven’t shown interest in human interaction yet, but their behavior is very typical of shy or under-socialized Quakers.
With time, compassion, and a calm environment, we’re hopeful they will begin to open up. Consistent out-of-cage time will be especially important for helping them gain confidence and break through the classic “cage shyness” that many Quakers initially show.
Coco & Puff don’t need a perfect home — just one that understands their pace, respects their boundaries, and is willing to let them bloom in their own time. If you have the patience to help two timid birds learn to trust, this sweet pair deserves their chance at a brighter future.
